How can I purchase a ticket?
Limited tickets are available for purchase from our website - www.bassfest.co.uk. All Tickets will sell out in advance and there is no pay on the door.
Is it safe to buy a secondhand ticket?
Secondhand tickets are not valid! All tickets are non-transferable which means tickets can only be used by the person who has purchased it. Photo I.D. matching the ticket info may be requested upon entry. We strongly advise you do not purchase tickets anywhere else other than www.bassfest.co.uk or Skiddle.com!

Where can I find the set times?
Set times will be released on our Facebook page before the event a little closer to the time.
What is the dress code?
We operate a festival friendly dress code! Please ensure any bags you're carrying on your person do not exceed the size of an A4 piece of paper.
I've lost my ticket e-mail, can I have it re-sent?
Yes - Please visit the relevant support section of the ticket provider you bought your ticket from to arrange a re-issue of your ticket confirmation.
Entry Policy
We operate a strict search policy. All persons entering the festival will be required to submit for a search upon entry (No Search, No Entry). You will also need a valid form of Age Identification for entry, We only accept Government issued photographic I.D. (Passport or Driving License). This is a strictly 18+ age limit event. Management reserve the right to refuse entry at any point.
