By purchasing your cashless credit in advance you will have your own separate area to redeem your credit to avoid big queues!
Anyone who qualifies for the discount code for next summers event will receive a discount code via the email address used on the order. Discount codes are subject to expiry dates which will be outlined in the email. Remember if you unsubscribe to marketing from us you may not receive your discount code or important event information!

When topping up your wristband on the day, we accept card or cash at the Top-Up points, however we advise buying cashless credit in advance for ease and the benefit of additional FREE credit.
Refund applications open online at 12:00pm on Wednesday 3rd January 2024 and close at 12:00pm on Friday 5th January 2024, so please ensure you apply for your credit refund before 12:00pm on Friday 5th January 2024.
Any refund application made after the closing date will not be accepted. Please note all refunds will be processed at the end of the
refund application period and funds should be available within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank. If your bank is outside of the UK, Please allow for a longer processing period. All refund applications are subject to a £2 fee to cover banking administration costs.
Free Credit is only available for advance purchase top-ups with a minimum spend of £50. Paid credit must be spent before free credit will become activated.
Free Credit is not refundable.
Every Wristband will incur a £2.00 activation fee.
Every customer is entitled to a refund after the event for any credit which isn't spent on their wristband. Please ensure you do not lose your wristband as you will need the Unique Identification Number printed on the rear of the chip to claim your refund. Refunds will incur bank charges of £2.00 to process your refund and will be deducted from any credit remaining on your wristband.
Any unredeemed drinks vouchers purchased in advance are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
All refunds must be applied for by 12:00 midday on 5th January 2024, after which you will no longer be able to apply for any leftover funds left on the wristband.
